柳文媛，博士，教授，博士生导师。1996年获中国药科大学药物分析硕士学位；2004年获中国药科大学药物分析博士学位；2008年4～10月美国University of California,SanDiego访问学者；2013年7月起任药物分析教研室副主任；药物分析国家精品资源共享课主持人。
研究方向为药物现代仪器分析。采用现代分析仪器，解决药物研发过程中的关键技术问题；包括以药物发现为导向的复杂体系药效物质基础与活性筛选技术研究，和以药物质量控制为导向的体外质量评价与体内处置研究。
主持国家自然科学基金两项（81274064、81573557）和江苏省六大人才高峰项目一项；是多项国家863、重大科技专项（2009zx09102-032，2011ZX09102-009-05，2012ZX9103101，2013ZX09301303002）主要完成人。完成多个新药的体外质量控制和药代动力学研究工作，建立了天然药物微量成分与药物中微量杂质的分离检测平台。获江苏省科技进步二等奖（2007-02-49-04），江苏省微课竞赛一等奖、江苏省教学成果二等奖，授权专利4项；第一作者或通讯作者在RSC Advance、Journal of Chromatography A，Journal of Chromatography B，Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis等发表SCI论文30余篇。
