北方工业大学电子科学与技术研究生导师介绍：

教授，博士（后），1963年生，1983年在吉林大学获理学学士，1986年北京科技大学学习获理学硕士学位，并来北方工业大学任教。1995赴英国阿尔斯特大学(University of Ulster) 学习，1998年获哲学博士学位（PhD），专业为表面科学，并留校从事博士后研究工作。2005年回国任教至今。

个人简历 1983：吉林大学，获理学学士学位； 1986：北京科技大学，获理学硕士学位； 1998：University of Ulster， 博士学位，材料科学； 2002：University of Ulster，第二硕士学位，信息与计算科学。

教授课程

主要研究领域和方向 主要科研领域：材料表面的物理与化学，层状晶体材料、聚合物、薄膜、金属合金等的等离子体表面刻蚀和改性(包括真空等离子体和大气等离子体)，表面功能材料，表面自组装（self assembly）。光与物质的机械相互作用。
