一、导师简介
博导，副院长。国家特聘专家，首届千人计划入选者。公共治理与和谐城市研究中心主任。公共财政与政策研究所长。
1955年12月出生于江西南昌。1982南京大学学士。86年北卡州立大学公共管理硕士(MPA)，91年錫拉丘兹大学麦克斯韦尔学院公共管理博士。90年开始在美国亚利桑那州立大学公共管理学院任教。2002年晋升为终身职正教授。2009年始任职中国人民大学公共管理学院。
