陈保华教授（ProfessorBaohuaChen），博士生导师。男，1962年10月生。1984年、1996年、2002年在兰州大学化学系先后获得学士学位、硕士学位、博士学位。1984年7月至1993年8月在甘肃省轻工研究所工作、任工程师，1996年7月调入兰州大学。现任甘肃省营养学会理事、《中华医学研究》常务编委，国家食品药品管理局化妆品评审专家。1999年获甘肃省科技进步三等奖，2001年和2002年获甘肃省科技进步二等奖各一项。2005年获甘肃省“555创新人才工程”第二层次人选。合作发表论文70余篇。
