LI Yuxiao is a visiting professor in the School of Humanities at BUPT. He is the vice president of Chinese Academy of Cyberspace Studies, the secretary general of Cyber Security Association of China and the secretary general of the Organizing Committee of the High-level Advisory Council of the World Internet Conference. He has been engaged in the research and practice of cyber law, cybersecurity and Internet governance for more than 15 years.
