主要从事半导体光电子材料和器件的研究教学工作。
研究方向咨询QQ、微信:2544906,并获风险投资3000万美元在北京实现产业化生产。获北京市科学技术一等奖。国家发明专利授权10余项。近几年在Appl Phys Lett, Opt Lett, IEEE系列等国际重要学术刊物上发表论文60余篇。培养博士和硕士研究生40余人。
